LIONEL MESSI WEDS ROCCUZZO

Barcelona’s football superstar Messi and his childhood sweetheart Antonella Roccuzzo tied the knot on Friday, the 30^th of June at a star-studded ceremony held at a luxury hotel in their hometown, Rosario in Argentina.

The civil ceremony has been regarded by Argentina’s media as the ‘wedding of the century’ with football stars and other celebrities among the 260 guests. The wedding was strictly by invitation and thousands of security men were deployed around the hotel as guests who flew in were lodged in the world-class hotel.

Roccuzzo (Bride) is the cousin of Messi’s best friend, Lucas Scaglia and the couple have known each other since Messi was 5years and Roccuzzo was 4years old.

Nevertheless, the couple have been together in Barcelona before now and are blessed with two sons.
